Welcome to one of my submissions for the Smackjeeves Template contest; Simple Blue 2.0
This template is one of a series.

When the contest started I decided I wanted something simple, clean and stylish --but also that was adaptable to any genre. Many templates have the misfortune of being walled into a niche genre, whether that be because they are very dark/light or because they use a lot of specific imagery. Thus I wanted to create an aesthetically pleasing design that was open to any user.

Features:

1. Completely plug-and-play. This code requires no editing to run; all links and titles are automated code.
   
2. Code runs cleanly on all common, modern browsers. That is IE 7+, FF and Opera.
   
3. Design available in two distinct colours, Blue (current temp) or Red.
   
4. Fixed sidebar containing automated menu (for custom pages), and latest comic link.
   
5. Content fades into browser when scrolled.
   
6. Fully commented CSS for ease of use.
